Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are vacationing again, couple style. The sweethearts visited The Hamptons where they spent more than $700 at Flying Point Surf and Sports. Selena bought a new pair of Toms wedges along with a dress and Justin also purchased a pair of Toms shoes.
The lovebirds then walked across the street for an ice cream at Candy Kitchen. Justin Bieber was out of cash to pay for the treat and started to leave for an ATM, but a thoughtful stranger offered to pay for their ice creams.
Later, they joined music mogul Russell Simmons on Inspiration, a luxury 155-foot yacht, for the Independence Day weekend. An observer on a nearby boat said, “They were messing around. They showed affection, but it wasn’t like they were groping each other.“ The couple was also spotted playing patty-cake on the ship’s deck.
The day before they had dinner at the elite Siam Inn Thai restaurant, which is located in New York’s theater district. A nearby source said the couple discussed the most recent Transformers movie and dentistry while chowing down on Thai rolls and several different rice dishes.
The teen heartthrobs went public with their romance earlier this year, but Selena Gomez has suffered from brutal online attacks by jealous Bieber fans. It has been so severe that the actress has given up browsing the web. Gomez stated, “It’s weird, it’s just weird, but I don’t pay attention to it, I just try to live my life as normal as possible. I just like to not focus on what the whole world is saying about me and just be happy with myself.”
Selena did express irritation over the attention the couple has received lately. The Disney star joined the “Johnjay and Rich” radio show to announce her new single and discuss “Monte Carlo,” Gomez’s new movie.
The conversation shifted to the picture of Justin rubbing her foot, which has been all over the internet. She said it “creeps her out” that the photo is online and when asked why it bothers her, she replied, “Because it’s nobody’s business and it’s extremely invasive.” She went on to say that it’s exasperating to have her picture taken everywhere she goes.
However, Gomez and Bieber are definitely experiencing those amazing moments when you first fall in love. When Selena was asked what the best thing was about being in love, she responded by saying, “When you laugh so hard your stomach hurts.”
